Paying, switching, cancelling

How do I pay?

Checkout is run by Stripe. Pay by card, or with Apple Pay or Google Pay where your device offers them. We never see your card details.

Can I switch plans later?

Yes. Change between Pro and Business, or between monthly and yearly, from Manage billing on your billing page. Stripe adjusts the price for the days you’ve used.

Do I need a plan to make QR codes?

No. Design as many as you like and download one free every day, with no account. A plan unlocks unlimited downloads, bulk ZIPs, editable codes, scan stats and hosted pages.

What if something goes wrong with a charge?

Email us within 14 days and we’ll sort it out, including a refund where it’s fair.

What happens when a plan ends

Printed codes don’t break overnight. Dynamic codes keep sending people to their last destination for 12 months. Hosted menus and pages stay online for 30 days.

Editing and stats pause. Subscribe again and everything picks up where it left off.

Static codes are never affected. They don’t touch our servers at all. Read the full terms.
